Jump Start Your Summer Gardening - 1st Session

Are you ready to take your summer gardening to the next level and extend your growing season by starting from seed? In this two-part program, you will learn to start your own veggies and annuals from seed indoors. The classes will teach you how to read a seed catalog and a seed packet, what equipment you will need to start seeds indoors, how to transplant successfully into the garden, and how to start some veggies directly in the garden. There will be a lot of handouts and demonstrations, but no actual seed planting during the class.  

Natali Steinberg has taught this class for 20 years at a nursery/greenhouse in Boulder. She had a large vegetable garden on her farm, and she sold produce at the Boulder Farmers Market. She also raised and sold bedding plants.  

This is a two-part class. The second class will be held on March 10. The cost is to attend both classes, but you only need to fill out the registration for one.
